God answers prayers. Ever since our previous pastor took a call, our congregation has been praying for a new pastor. We’ve been praying for almost two years and God answered those prayers on July 26, 2025 with the ordination and installation of Pastor Scheltens.
Throughout our vacancy, we were served both the Word and Sacrament almost every Sunday by a community of pastors who surrounded us and served our congregation. Pastor Henrickson and Pastor Fangmeyer served us the longest and we thank them for the gifts they shared with us.
We are excited to have Pastor Scheltens, his wife, and his children to join our church and serve us. We pray for God’s blessings as he begins his ministry here at Concordia.
